I was wondering if anyone had a view as to whether there is any value in taking chloroquine while I am on TMZ to try and prevent development of chemo resistance.

Hi Mike,

I would think that anything that would stop chemo resistance is a good thing at any time, particularily if you are planning to stay on the same chemo protocol for an extended period.

Chloroquine is cheap and an old drug, so the side effects are well known, and in this case minimal. Our oncologist didn't have an issue prescribing it for Jane.
