Here is a copy of Ben Williams article on supplements:

Like his article on treatments last year, it is well researched and thoughtful.

Amifostine gets the nod for radiotoxicity benefits, but has side effects of its own. Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant (AO) in its own right and is benficial whether having chemo or radio.

AO vitamins, A, C & E, did not fnd benefit in his research but there were other AO such as green tea that get a mention.

Brain supplements are designed to help in a number of different ways. Some are designed to help with your memory, whilst others are designed to help you to concentrate more. There are different brain suplements like Folic Acid, Phosphatidyl Serine.

What is the role of antioxidants in human sight? I need to know whether the antioxidants can improve eye sight. If yes then how it works.

Hello friends!! I need advice from you guys as I want to buy supplements. I want to get a great body but certainly don’t want to compromise with health aspect. I don’t want quick results on the expense of long term issues.
