Nicole's Journey & survival with GBM

Post by femme » Fri Jan 18, 2013 10:50 pm

Hi all, its has been a long time since I posted anything here. Update on our daughter Nicole, she is doing wonderful and is due for her 6th monthly MRI the first day of February. She past the 7 years on the 6th Jan. 2013. She has survived the years doctors told her she would not survive 9 months. I have since written her journey in paperback, she is my inspiration and I believe she has inspired many others along the way.
I hope that all GBM suffers will have the same wonderful outcome as Nicole. She is a miracle in every sense of the word. She always said she would be here to watch her son start school, which she did. She watch him start high school last year and now her aim in life is to watch him marry and hold her grandchildren. Nicole is totally medication free and has been back at work full time. Her positive attitude and medical intervention allowed her son, husband and family to have these wonderful years with her.
"where there's life there's HOPE, where there's HOPE, MIRACLES will occur"
Wishing everyone a happy & healthy 2013.
